THE GLOBAL ENERGY PARLIAMENT comprises an international body of scholars, leaders of public opinion, professionals, scientists and citizens whose aim is to work for a universal model applicable to all societies for ensuring a self-sustaining, peaceful existence to human beings and the universe.

This mission is achieved by:

• Developing human thought based on a more integrated, comprehensive understanding of internal and external energy;
  
• Promoting and developing scientific research on energy;
  
• Creating awareness about the new concept of energy through global, national, state, and local networks.

As part of this aim, the GEP has initiated the Global Energy Parliament Research Centre (GEPRC) with its headquarters at Trivandrum. The GEPRC is proposed to be an international scientific study and research institute, working to develop new technologies and highly sensitive measuring devices to analyze the smallest unit of vibration at the sub-atomic level, in order that positive and negative energies may be equilibrated to achieve harmony, prosperity and world peace.

The conceptual basis of the GEPRC is the “I Theorem”, developed by H.H. Swami Isa (2010), which reveals a new direction for scientific thought beyond the sub-atomic level, to the finest constituents of the universe: tiny units of vibration.

"We should enter a world of knowledge, where we recognize the fact that the self and the universe are nothing but energy, all actions whether good or bad emanates from energy, and discipline our thoughts, passions and actions accordingly. At one point in time we will be able to understand, with scientific conviction, how all the human actions whether sound, look or thought, which is basically energy, transforms from its creative positiveness to destructive negativeness. That is the ‘Energy Age’. In that ‘Age’ humanity, with all the limitations of one’s senses, can analyze and understand the cause and effect of creation and destruction and reorganize one’s life for a better world.”
