The GEP Research Centre (GEPRC) is a network of international scientific and research projects supporting the functions of Parliament by:

  • Investigating the energy imbalances leading to any and all issues that have been identified as areas of global concern by Parliament;
  • Providing long-term forecasts of the effects of identified energy imbalances;
  • Researching and developing solutions (e.g., new methodologies, modalities and devices) that have a net positive impact;

Communicating evidence of the constructive and destructive energies inherent in all aspects of our society, from thoughts to manufacturing processes.

The conceptual basis of the GEPRC is the unifying theory of energy outlined in H.H. Swami Isa’s I Theory.

The present Director of the GEPRC is Dr. Christophe Dumas from France, who holds a PhD in Fluid Mechanics and Engineer specialising in Energy.

The founding Director was the late Dr. C.S.P. Iyer, Professor Emeritus of Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management-Kerala and Former Scientist, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. 

The Centre was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. V.N. Rajasekharan Pillai, then- Vice Chancellor of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi on 12th March 2011.

This project aims at preparing new technologies and measuring devices for equilibrating positive and negative energies for world peace and prosperity. According to the makeup of the universe as described in the “I Theory,” investigations will be conducted to learn more about subatomic particles, and especially about the black, red and white matters, which are carried by one single unit of vibration called an ‘I particle’. Through the understanding of the arrangements formed by each ‘I particle’, we will be able to observe the influence of positive and negative charges and how they affect human beings and the universe. With this scientific knowledge, it will be possible to predict natural disasters and bring peace to mankind, animals, and the planet.

Production of an Efficient Renewable Energy Source from Sound Energy - Sound Energy Device

GEP is developing a device to efficiently convert Sound Energy into electricity. The device uses sound and nanomaterials as semiconductors, to efficiently produce electricity. This device is designed for home use. Other versions of the device will be for large-scale industries or small-scale for vehicles. The design of the Sound Energy device is based on the I theory.

The A1 Detector

An experimental setup has been designed to detect the A1 particle (Higgs Boson), as explained in the I theory. The aim is to be able to continuously record the A1 particle and to measure its velocity.

Pilot School Project to Measure the Efficacy of “Education for Total Consciousness” Developed by H.H. Swami Isa in the Development of Students, Teachers and School

Since 1998, the Isa Viswa Vidyalayam in Anayara, Trivandrum has served as a laboratory for analyzing the long-term effects on the development of the students and teachers by a new methodology by the name of “Education for Total Consciousness.” Education for Total Consciousness is based on H.H. Jagad Guru Swami Isa’s new doctrine of the subject-object relationship in learning and teaching. Under this doctrine, radical changes are taking place in the teacher as well as the learner at the Isa Viswa Vidyalayam. For example, while teaching, the teachers are given tools to feel their oneness with the topic as well as with the students. The student, in turn, is able to realize that everything in the universe also exists inside of him or herself, and this realization helps him or her to establish a harmony between his or her inner self and outer world. He or she comes to realize that what is harmful to society and the universe will do harm to him or her also. It ultimately instills in him or her, a positive way of life that involves love of humanity. Through this system of education, students display remarkable increases in physical, emotional, intellectual, domains and knowledge development, as compared with students in conventional schools. Teachers, likewise, develop positive attachments to their students, fulfilling the noble task of a teacher as a leader and mentor.

Study of the Practice of the Holistic Technique “Life for Total Consciousness” Developed by H.H. Swami Isa

GEP Centres have been conducting Life for Total Consciousness classes for several years in various environments like university, prison, schools, etc. Students with very different backgrounds of education, nationality, age, social habits, etc., have shown highly positive changes in their attitude and personality, such as developing the ability to express happiness, find inner peace and a broader life aim, despite their different conditions. The goal of this study is to objectively measure what is happening inside the human system when practicing meditation. Data in this area will allow science for a greater understanding of the immense transformations that may be affected on the physical, emotional, intellectual, ego and ignorance planes in the individual. The final goal is a mutual uplifting of the student together with the teacher to higher levels of health and realization.

Assessing and Curing the Social Disease of Crime and Social Delinquency

The world has never seen as many arrests, police custodies and prisoners as in today’s society. Currently, the only response for curing the “social disease” of crime is prison. This system, relying on repression at the expense of prevention, has shown its limitations when offenders are unable to integrate well back into society after their custody. To cure this social disease, it is the role of lawyers to behave like nurses, understanding and explaining the offender’s situation, environment and personality, so that the judges can prescribe the best treatment, like social doctors. The best treatment for the disorders will become apparent from analysis of the scientific data to be obtained by subjective devices that scientifically measure the energy present in the environment as well as in the offenders. According to this data, policemen, lawyers and judges will be able to understand more about the background of the offender as well as his environment; consequently, appropriate solutions and proper punishment may be scientifically ascertained. This reform of the judicial system should emphasize psychological care, prevention, dialogue and support, to understand help offenders to positively change their attitude.
