“Life for Total Consciousness” (LTC) is a yoga-meditation practice developed by His Holiness Jagadguru Swami Isa. LTC unifies several important yogic techniques into a simple daily practice. It finely tunes the physical body, mind, intellect, ego and ignorance.
Yoga sadhana makes one aware of the gross, subtle and causal (I-particle) levels of the human being, and empowers one to fine tune them.
Yoga camps are taught by Swami Isa at the Isalayam Ashram and in retreats at our Centres abroad. 200-hour teacher training certificate courses are offered at Isalayam Ashram in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
The yoga camps in 2020 are:
February 15-24, 2019 (Mahashivaratri Yoga Camp)
July 12-29, 2019 (Yoga Teacher Training-Level 1)
