The Global Energy Parliament (GEP) is an international body providing scientific research, recommendations and strategies to ensure a self-sustaining, peaceful existence for human beings and the universe, based on an emerging unified theory known as the "I Theorem".
The "I Theorem" introduces a new elementary particle, the "I", which is the smallest building block of the universe, and all other particles. The "I" is a unit of vibration, bundles of which make up atoms, subatomic particles, seemingly "empty space," etc. Each "I" carries in it varying degrees of Black Matter, Red Matter and White Matter.
The "I Theorem" was developed by H.H. Swami Isa, from India, who is Founder of the Global Energy Parliament, the Isa Viswa Prajnana Trust, the Isa Viswa Vidyalayam School, etc.
